SIZING 
These loafers run true-to-size, so suggest ordering for your size however, if you have a narrow foot or are in-between sizes to size-down by half a size generally for loafers, as the leather will soften and mould closer to the shape of foot as you start to wear them. When first wearing them you want them to fit a little snug to your foot. 

For existing Grenson wearers - typically Grenson shoes run a little larger than the size stated. For our loafers we have altered the standard sizing that the factory uses to be more true to size.

FITTING
Our loafer is made using an E width/size last (foot-shaped mould).  A loafer needs to be a little tighter fitting (general rule - half size smaller) than what you would wear in a lace up shoe to make sure it doesn't slip off the foot when worn.

The shoes have a soft inner lining and medium/soft-weight stiffness in the heal and overall construction, which was our aim in order to give flexibility for it to be worn in a variety of situations - rock it with a pair of washed out denim jeans or a sharp pleated pant.

ORDER TERMS
Any made to order shoes are non-refundable, we can only offer exchanges. 
For all in-stock shoes that you require exchanges or refunds for, please return the shoes unmarked on the soles and unworn, wrapped in original packaging. Any damage or sub-standard conditions to the shoe on exchange/return will not be accepted. Items for return must be returned to us within 28 days of your purchase date.
