REFUND/RETURNS POLICY
A large selection of our items are made-to-order – on these items we do not offer a refund/exchange option. It is essential that when measuring yourself or selecting a fabric/cut/shape/item that you are totally satisfied with your own choice. We are more than happy to give assistance and guidance during the selection process to help you make your selection.
However, we cannot be held accountable if you select the wrong size/measured incorrectly, are not happy with the colour or selected cut of your item. We are totally committed to selling high-quality products and hope that you never find yourself in this position.
For all other stock/non-M.T.O. items, please contact us ( addressed to – contact@scottfrasercollection.com ) stating your order number, if you would like to return the item(s) – the return postage to SFC will have to be paid by customer as we cannot by held accountable for the wrong size ordered. Once any of the issues have been resolved with one of the team and the return label has been issued, please return the item within 14 days of arrival, unused and in the original undamaged packaging for a full refund excluding any postage paid for the initial delivery to you.
Please also be aware – All international orders can be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. Depending on the value threshold of the recipients country, they will required to bear any additional charges for customs clearance. (Duties/ or VAT will paid on items/orders that exceed: USA – $800+ / EU (Since July 1st 2021 – €15+). We cannot be held responsible for paying these fees and do not accept a return of the item based on not being aware of these fees charged by your shipping destination if they were to arise.
