REFUND/RETURNS POLICY
Holiday Extended Return Policy
All December orders on our Ready-to-Wear (stock) items come with an extended return window, ending 12th January.
- Returns within the standard 14 day period can be refunded as usual, see below for terms and process
- Returns made after 14 days, until 12th January, are issued as store credit only (shipping costs/US taxes and duties are non-refundable)
Made-to-Order Collection
We do not offer a refund or exchange option on any Made-to-Order item(s). When selecting sizes, fabrics, cuts, styles and details for Made-to-Order items you must be fully satisfied with your choice when ordering. We are more than happy to give assistance and guidance during the selection process. We cannot be held accountable if you select the wrong size or measure incorrectly, are not happy with the colour or selected cut of your item. We are totally committed to selling high-quality products and hope that you never find yourself in this position.
Ready-to-Wear Collection
You can return Ready-to-Wear (stock) items within 14 days of receipt. If you would like to return your item(s) please contact us at contact@scottfrasercollection.com stating your order number and we will issue you a DHL returns label.
You must return the item within 14 days of arrival, unused and in the original undamaged packaging for a full refund on the item. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All original shipping costs are non-refundable, and for US customers taxes and duties are non-refundable.
We do not offer exchanges - please re-order your desired style and size through our website. This speeds up the process of getting the right items to you.
