DUTIES & TAXES

USA

All prices shown include US duties and taxes.
As of 1st October 2025, we are trialing DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for all USA orders. This means that the price you pay at checkout covers not only the product and shipping but any import duties and taxes that apply to your order. No additional fees or taxes will be charged upon delivery - just one payment and no extra hassle.

Currently we are unable to refund any US duties and taxes. A duty/tax rate of 20% is accounted for within the price of your item(s), which means on any eligible returns you’ll receive a refund of the amount paid minus 20% duty/tax.

UK

All prices include 20% UK VAT.
VAT will be refunded on any eligible returns. 

REST OF WORLD

At the point of checkout for all other international orders (non-UK/USA), the product price does not include duties and taxes. To clarify, the product price does also not include UK VAT.

For shipments to all non-UK and non-USA countries, orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that the price you pay at checkout covers the product and shipping but any import duties and taxes are excluded. Your order will therefore be subject to local import duties and taxes, due upon the arrival of your order. This rate can differ from country to country and we cannot calculate the exact amount you will be charged. Any such charges will be requested of you by our shipment provider DHL by email or letter. They will also typically include a small handling fee. 

Scott Fraser Collection does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges and we do not cover charges on refused or unclaimed packages.
