I didn't receive a confirmation email with my order.

We send a confirmation email for all orders. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your junk/ spam folder.

Do you have a physical store?

The SFC Locale is based just off Brick Lane (London, E2).

Opening times (no appointment needed)

Fri - 12-7pm

Sat - 12-6pm

Sun - 12-5pm

Feel free to come by at any time, get measured for our collection, check our fabrics or pick up some of our stock/RTW pieces.

Can I arrange a 1-on-1 fitting outside of the shop opening hours. Where can I book in?

A private fitting is best suited for someone looking to have a little more focused time and attention with them, perfect for a suit fitting.

You can book in via the link above with Scott or one of the team outside of our normal shop opening hours.

As most of your clothes are made-to-order is there a chance to make any adjustments to my order?

For all changes or alteration queries, please get in touch with us via email (contact@scottfrasercollection.com) before placing your order. We will do our best to work with you to accommodate or discuss your request.

Im 6'4"/ 193cm or above, I struggle to find trousers or shirts that fit me. As you make to order, can you make the length longer on pieces?

For sure we can, send us an email and we can discuss how we can do this. Sometimes it’s a simple as extending the leg length, or making some adjustments to our pattern. Either way, we surely can work it out, speak then.

How long will my order take to make?

The majority of our collection is made-to-order. However, we do hold some items of limited stock - knitwear, vests, accessories and some shirts.

Which courier/postal service do you use?

We use DHL EXPRESS to deliver all of our orders. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email that will notify you of dispatch and include your tracking number. It's fast and reliable.

Do your prices include duties/tax for international shipments?

DUTIES & TAXES

For all international orders at the point of checkout, the price you pay is without UK VAT (20% tax rate)

USA

As of 1st October 2025, we are trialing DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for all USA orders. This means that the price you pay at checkout covers not only the product and shipping but any import duties and taxes that apply to your order. No additional fees or taxes will be charged upon delivery - just one payment and no extra hassle.

Rest of the world

For shipments to all non-UK and non-USA countries, orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that the price you pay at checkout covers the product and shipping but any import duties and taxes are excluded. Your order will therefore be subject to local import duties and taxes, due upon the arrival of your order. This rate can differ from country to country and we cannot calculate the exact amount you will be charged. Any such charges will be requested of you by our shipment provider DHL by email or letter. They will also typically include a small handling fee.

Scott Fraser Collection does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges and we do not cover charges on refused or unclaimed packages.

All taxes and duties are included in the total price shown at checkout.
