When reviewing the size chart remember that knitwear is a garment that has stretch and movement in the weave. There's no need to scrutinise every number on the chart, as you may normaly do with a fixed/rigid fabric, such as cotton shirting. Order for your chest size and if in doubt, size-up; they work well worn with a more relaxed and easy fit.

Backstory

For the first in our Icon Series, we look towards The Talented Mr Ripley (1999); instantly conjuring effortless Italian coastal cool, sun-bleached days followed hazy nights. After years of watching and re-watching this film it was only a matter of time before we took what we knew of these knit shirts and made them a reality.

Every detail - the weave, buttons, colours and the all important collars - has been fastidiously analysed to re-imagine these two seminal knit shirts worn by Jude Law’s character, Dickie Greenleaf in the cult piece. We’re in the scorching hot town of Anzio, shading ourselves under the parasols of the piazza. This is the closest you’ll get to the pieces you see on screen. Every detail, weave, button, colour and the all important collars have been fastidiously analysed to create ‘knit-nerd’ accurate pieces

Style notes
