Wrap a flexible tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, typically across the nipples, just under your armpits
Measure around your waist in line with your belly button. Apply a small amount of pressure to obtain a good reading. Don’t rely on your typical jeans/trousers size - in most cases, your waist will measure 1-2 inches larger than off the rack sizes
Select a pair of trousers that fit you well. Lay flat to measure from the crotch seam to the bottom hem with a flexible tape measure
For high-waisted fit, measure around your waist 4cm/1.5in above your belly button.
